Deposit payment upon booking Your reservation is confirmed upon written confirmation and receipt of the deposit.

Hotel bill

You can pay your account in cash, by credit / debit card, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or by prepayment by bank transfer.

Pets

Animals are not allowed in the pool or dining room. Keep the dogs on a leash. The price of dog accommodation per day is 8 EUR.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing, no later than 2 weeks before arrival. Subsequent cancellations are free of charge only if the accommodation can be sold for the entire period of the originally planned stay. If we fail to sell the room, 80% of the price will be charged. The same rules apply to late arrival or early departure.

Tourist tax

Tourist tax is charged EUR 2.00 per person per night and applies to all guests from the age of 7.
